Atlas Senior Living was designed to include a combination of Independent Living, Assisted Living and Memory Care units. The 160,000 sf three-story structure will accommodate 15 Memory Care Studios, 38 Assisted Living Studios and one-bedroom units, and 114 Independent Living one- and two-bedroom units.

The building will include a commercial kitchen, restaurant, private dining, café, sports bar, pool, beauty salon, mail center, and clinic space, as well as separate Assisted Living and Memory Care dining and activity areas.
