Studio A’s architecture team designed new prototype for 32-bed Memory Care facility. The building is based on the “Green House” concept and includes two 16-unit “pods” to provide a more patient centered “home style” care for residents with early stages of Alzheimer’s.

The building will include full kitchen and laundry facilities. Common areas include oversized common areas for activities and dining as well small café, barber shop and administrative areas. Each “pod” will have access to covered outdoor area that leads into fenced outdoor garden.
