Studio A designed a conceptual project for a combination 80 assisted living units and 30 skilled care beds. The building is arranged in two sections: two-story assisted living and one-story skilled with separate entrances, separate dining and lounge areas and a fully enclosed courtyard. Common areas include central kitchen, satellite kitchen/service areas, administration, meeting areas, theater and activities rooms, salon, occupational therapy and speech therapy, laundry, general storage and mechanical support areas.
