GOODWILL
120,000 square-foot facility that will serve as a one-stop shop for residents to access a complement of resources to help enhance their lives. The Opportunity Campus will include access to physical amenities, technology lab, business center, conference rooms, a full-scale resource center and a community cafeteria.
Meridian
This 54,000 sf three-story office building is located in the Springhurst Area across from Tinseltown Cinemas. This office building features a highly colored tilt-up panel construction. The highly colored and animated façade draws your attention to its unique design.
Liquor Barn
This project included renovation of an old Ford Dealership into a Mega Liquor Store. The design team had to demolish part of the existing building, create openings in existing bearing walls, extend upwards part of existing structure, and create new warehouse at the rear of the property – all in the effort to create large open ceiling store.
The Eclipse
The Eclipse is a 4-story, 281 units residential apartment building The construction consist of five levels of Type 5A wood frame construction. Interior amenities includes, leasing office, mailroom, package storage, a clubhouse, fitness center and business center. Outdoor amenities includes designated fenced kid play areas, bike shelter and pergola covered outdoor picnic area.
Chapel House
Former Axton -Fisher Tobacco Co Warehouse mixed-use renovation will provide One- and Two-Bedroom units for low-income seniors on floors two through 5 as well as approximately 30,000 sf of Retail/ Office areas on the first floor.

Meadows at Nicholson
This project included two developments on the same site in Austin, TX: a four-story 185-unit senior apartment complex and 240-unit garden style family apartments.
The family apartments include 12 garden-style apartment buildings with two- and three-bedroom units as well as clubhouse and outdoor pool.
