Renovation of the existing Shively Center included complete exterior and interior upgrades to old vacant shall spaces. New tenants included 40,000 sq ft Norton Healthcare campus with rehabilitation space, imaging center, restaurant, police substation, Peddler’s Mall, a dentist office, and the American Counsel for the Blind.
