Completed in 2017, The Paddock at Grandview is a 240 apartment unit multi-family housing complex just north of downtown Nashville, Tennessee. The complex consists of ten three-story 24-unit “garden style” buildings with a total of 240 one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartment units.

Each apartment unit has access to a private patio or balcony with outdoor storage, central air and heating, and electric appliances including washers and dryers. The complex features a 2,300 sf clubhouse/rental office with amenities such as secured pool and pool house area, central mailbox kiosk, accessible outdoor playground, and multiple picnic areas.
